Description

We often struggle to let some people go especially when they made that decision. We question the universe, we question ourselves and we question everyone around us but we never truly get our answers. Letting someone go takes time, patience and commitment to actively stop ourselves from relapsing and thinking about that person again. The Art Of Letting Go helps you understand why, how and when you should let someone go so you can move on and never look back.

At a time that was an exodus of my life, I got lost in filling the void with distractions and trying to leap over steps to get to where I thought I needed to be. The main and first step I was missing, that was causing me to stumble and repeat was Letting Go. This book did an amazing service in helping me keep my focus to not run from, or around, or away from, but run through and embrace it all. Then truly you can let go. Thank you!

Although the book is focused on a heterosexual monogamous relationship, many of the themes and focal points can be applied to various situations. I recommend this book for people with a closed mind because due to experience because this text will provide you with some perspective and hopefully some understanding on how to better navigate your interpersonal relationships.

I don’t think this book will fully heal you to let go but it has some helpful excerpts that will inspire you to implement the ideas and concepts to allow yourself to start the process.

Most of this I can say from experiences not only with boyfriends/husband but also with friends read true. I’ve held onto people because I have loved them more in my mind than they have loved me. Age and time at the same time should teach us most all that is written in this book. Most makes sense from personal experience and is very helpful to those just learning to let go and move forward. I enjoyed it.
